→ Career path and track: when you join Pennylane, you will be positionned on an “expertise” career path or a “management” competencies framework. These will give you perspective on where you are expected in your current contribution and how you can grow at Pennylane.
→ Internal mobility: changing job is also an option. Your evolution can actually occur on a different career path than your current one. After a structured mobility process (interviews, use cases…), you can switch transversally (between different BUs), within your BU, transfer to a managerial or go back to an IC role.
→ Learning opportunities: we aim at offering 100% Pennylaners the opportunity to attend at least 1 training session per year. We have built a soft skills learning catalogue to equip Pennylaners with needed tools for collaboration, communication, languages… We also support Pennylaners in their expertise by deploying specific trainings, be they individual or collective
→ Management support: we believe that managers are key in our HR strategy. Thus, we support them in their role by delivering collective training paths as well as individual support.
