We are looking for the best people on the market.
See below some pieces of advice to help you prepare for your interviews
:centre-aide: Preparation
- Prepare your interviews carefully. Gather information about Pennylane, to be able to demonstrate a good understanding of who we are and what we do.
- Read the job description carefully and make sure you understand the outcomes of the role
- This will allow you to ask relevant questions to your interviewer and demonstrate your curiosity
- Remember, interviews are a two-way street: while we're learning about you, this is also your opportunity to evaluate us 😉
🤸♀️ Attitude
- Be humble. We are looking for people able to work harmoniously in a team, working towards improvement in a positive attitude.
- Demonstrate problem-solving skills. In a fast-growing environment, we are looking for self-starters who are able to tackle problems autonomously.
- Be coachable. Our environment changes very quickly and we need people that can learn from their mistakes and do better the next time. Learning from previous feedback is key.
📈 Structure
- Demonstrate structure and organisation in your thinking. It is important to have well-structured, organised coworkers, to set up successfull and scalable processes that can solve problems efficiently.
- Data-oriented minds. We back our decisions with data. It is important that our coworkers base themselves on solid figures and work their way easily around data tools.
- Prioritize. Know where and when to put in the right amount of work, depending on the objectives.
🤝 The Star Method is key

- We are looking for individuals who are able to clearly communicate their achievements and successes.
- For each question, be sure to contextualize your mission, be clear about the tasks you performed to successfully complete your mission, and be sure to mention the tangible results you achieved.
Exemple : "Tell me about a time when you had to deal with a difficult team member who was negatively impacting the project."
