At Pennylane, we believe that recruitment is a serious matter that requires structure. This is why we are using a world-class recruitment method called the “Who Method”.
It is a simple 4-step method for hiring the right people with a 90% success rate.

This method is based on solid scorecards, listing the skills we are looking for. Every interview has a dedicated scorecard, with associated questions to be asked to all candidates.

This ensures:

  1. A non-biaised and fair process to every candidate: everybody is evaluated against the same principles and is asked the same questions.
  2. That every interview assesses different skills and will shine a new light on candidates strengths and weaknesses
