
Recruitment is the OKR n°1. Pennylane is scaling fast with nearly 300 recruitments in 2024 (same headcounts previsions for 2025!) and we need to align our values and principles with every talent we hire.
It’s a cross-functionnal team work and everyone needs to be involved.

- Raise awareness about the importance of a good recruitment process and our recruitment standards at PL.
- Empower hiring managers in recruitment efforts, support and accompany them in scaling their teams.
- Help identify the needs of hiring managers (HM) and qualify them. Bring confidence and be experts of evaluating candidates and providing quality feedback.
- Be the experts in Europe in attracting and retaining the best talent while building an amazing culture where we combine performance, ambition, and well-being —> also positively contribute to high-level decisions on talent & strategies.
